@MsAutumnEffect you have to pay attention on your breathing... that was also my problem when i started doing yoga... :) you have to enjoy when you're doing yoga :)

@MissYellyGirl while i was doing some of this, it felt really amazing. but i think i'm having a hard time on concentrating on breathing, or I'm not doing it. Right after i i was done doing the 3rd part, i sat down and my head started to hurt. Any suggestions why? :/
